To be on the safe side you will want to check your local laws to see how your state has interpreted what 'Laying-on-of-hands is. Read Hebrews 6:2 and Acts 8:17 & 18. 'Then they laid their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost.'"

"A. From the New Testament: St. John states, 'Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that you should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that what so ever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.'"
